Fabbian Illuminazione Spa has participated, in the role of leader, in a research project sponsored by Luce in Veneto, in collaboration with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Padua (DEI) and the Multiphysics Lab Research Centre of Belluno.

Fabbian Illuminazione took part with generosity and enthusiasm in the Milan Cathedral project called “Glass octagon to link heaven and earth”, based on an architectural project by Gianni Arlunno and contractor Paolo Criveller. This is a clear-glass structure which, inside Milan Cathedral, accommodates the information point and bookshop. Fabbian Illuminazione supplied all the lighting apparatus.
The exhibition ‘Armenia. Footprints of a Civilisation'”is perfectly lighted up by Fabbian’s projectors.
The exhibition, designed by the architect Torsello, takes place at Correr Museum until 10 April 2012, and is organised by Gabriella Uluhogian, Boghos Levon Zekiyan and Vartan Karapetian.
This event is part of the V Centenary celebration for the printing of the first book in Armenian in Venice. It winds along a chronological, thematic path leading visitors to over two hundred works including some extremely rare manuscripts and miniatures.
MATISSE. The seduction of Michelangelo is the title of the exhibition that will take place from February 11th to June 12th at the Museum of Santa Giulia in Brescia.
Restoration has recently terminated of Castel Thun, a stately home located in the municipality of Ton (TN), which now belongs to the province of Trento, but is managed by the Castle of the Buonconsiglio. The building, which dates back to the early-mid 13th century, currently has a design of Renaissance origin and is considered an interesting example of Trentino castle architecture. It contains a wealth of furnishings and decorations, thanks inter alia to its excellent state of preservation.

The latest edition of IMM Cologne 2018, the important German fair, was held in mid-January and featured the work of designer Lucie Koldova. The Czech designer was invited to design the very prestigious Das Haus space at the fair.
From 15 September to 1 November 2017, Treviso will host the exhibition Altino prima di Venezia. Fabbian Illuminazione, the technical sponsor of the event, will provide the Freeline three-dimension modular lighting system.
TILE WINS AT VENETIAN SMART LIGHTING AWARD 2016
Tile has given us a new satisfaction by winning the Special Prize "Best Innovative Product of the Year" in the competition Venetian Smart Lighting Award 2016 organized by Rete di Imprese Luce in Veneto.
Tile LED bar won over a jury of lighting designers of international renown and other personalities linked to the world of light thanks to its technological and aesthetic innovation: a single crystal form which creates the space and turns into an elegant bright wall.
It was hold with great success the annual international meeting with the entire sales network of Fabbian Illuminazione Spa.

Fabbian, one of the first lighting companies to have created an iPhone app, now presents a new app for all the Android devices, increasingly widespread. The graphics are by Architonic, the international architecture and design portal. Use of content is easy and intuitive.
The windows of a shop in the center of Paris has been entirely dedicated to Fabbian Lighting. Fabbian products were inserted into windows imaginative as the "tree of Beluga", a vintage car illuminated by Diamond & Swirl, an igloo lit by the famous Cubetto, etc..

In St. Petersburg, at the Salon Podium, was held "The Fabbian Gluttony," a very special dinner. Two products of the company, Cubetto and Tile, have the opportunity to become containers for the most popular food in Italy, with a special focus on the Venetian cuisine.

On February 21 interior lighting shop “Lampadario” opened for the first time a workshop for architects and designers of St. Petersburg. The two-hour workshop «FABBIAN: Design and Innovation" was dedicated to the Italian factory production Fabbian.

Materiality is the inaugural solo show of Benjamin Hubert's industrial design work. The exhibition allows visitors into the working mind of the designer and his material driven design approach.
Materiality is presented in the Directorenhaus, Berlin's old city mint, across 250sqm of the first floor. The gallery is situated 10 minutes from Alexanderplatz at am Krogel 2.
The exhibition showcases the finished products, production images, material samples, prototypes and drawings of the studio's first 3 years of work.

Great success for the new Fabbian’s products presented in the fair Euroluce 2013.
Fabbian in Pav. 9 Stand H02 - G02 presented the four brand new collection Stick, Cloudy, Ray and Clove, realized in four materials: wood, glass, polycarbonate and metal, interpreted in a surprisingly innovative manner.
At the Seatec fair on show from 6 to 8 February will be the Fabbian installation created with the Tile system by Pamio Design, evoking the infinite beauty of the sea. It will be located in the Agorà area where the winning projects from the international “M.Y.D.A. - Millennium Yacht Design Award” competition, now in its tenth year, will be on display.

Tile stems from an idea by Pamio Design to create a modular lamp consisting of individual glass elements. Inspiration is taken from nature, which suggests numerous aggregations.
Tile is a design lamp made from single pieces of glass, designed to form a continuous structure which reflects light. Thanks to the numerous compositional solutions, Tile offers unlimited possibilities of personalisation, to cater to the needs of even the most discerning customer and especially the contract market. A beautiful Tile chandelier is the main feature of the shoe department at the luxury mall Palacio de Hierro in Mexico City.
Fabbian was asked to decorate the lobby area around the stairs leading to the prestigious Hotel Willemswerf in Rotterdam. This spacious, luminous area is dominated by the huge chandelier measuring 180 cm in diameter and 400 cm max. in height.

One of the new collections presented at the last Frankfurt fair has been chosen to light up the ITAS insurance offices in Castelfranco Veneto (TV, Italy). The extremely rigorous and clean environments have been made very particular and original by this highly decorative and impressive lamp.
The Tiramisù restaurante in the Marina di Venezia camp site in Cavallino, in Venice, Italy, is a superb example of how a simple lamp can become not only a distinctive decorative element, but the main theme of an entire furnishing project.

In the heart of St Petersburg officially has opened the doors the Mariinsky II Theatre. The Opening Night Gala, conducted by the general director Valery Gergiev, featured Plácido Domingo and the president of Russia Vladimir Putin.
The new opera house connect to the historic stage of the Mariinsky Theatre, which opened in 1860, by a planned pedestrian bridge. Mariinsky II features seven stories and three underground levels, including a main auditorium, a 200-seat rooftop amphitheatre, a third-floor lobby amphitheatre, multiple rehearsal rooms, and production facilities for 2,500 staff.
Villa Raúl is a prestigious private residence centrally located in the city of Tudela (Navarra, Spain).

Skins Cosmetics opened a new shop in the Conservatorium Hotel, the iconic five-star hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam. Four Fabbian Tile ceiling lamps light up this luxury shop, where they sell high level cosmetics with an high-level service.
The Studio Rublek (Amsterdam) has designed very special Tile ceiling lamps, with a balanced equilibrium of empty and full, for a very modern effect, which fits perfectly with the interior design of the luxury shop.
The district of Voronezh in Russia is illuminated by a series of Tile custom made.
The interior design study UNK Project of Moscow, has studied a special Tile (both ceiling and wall lamps), with inserts of glass in amber and gold finish, for a luxury style.
A sparkling Fabbian Tile lights up the Plaza Hotel 4-stars in Ljubljana. The project, undertaken by the Arch. Rok Kuhar and Arch. Katjusa Kranjc, consists of a Tile wall as an element of continuity between the lobby of the prestigious hotel and the lounge area at first floor overlooking the entrance.
This Tile composition is higher than 8 meters and is 4.5 meters wide and light sources are hidden in the false ceiling. The whole hotel's design is based on the pattern of the single Tile, which is repeated in the decorations of the ceilings and walls.
The Sani Resort, an elegant 5-star hotel in the Kassandra peninsula, is lit up by Fabbian lamps. The large and stylish lobby of the Greek resort is illuminated by Fabbian’s crystal spotlights Faretti, in the corridors you notice the Diamond & Swirl wall lights.
For this project, architect Davide D'Agostino tried out a new distribution and representation concept, unusual for an architecture and design firm. The idea was in fact to create an organization in which the operative and exhibitive components blend together and produce a unitary message.
Substantially, around a central creative core, a “design gallery” is developed in which objects, furnishings, sculptures and complete settings represent and communicate the résumé of the Firm’s design philosophy.
The four-star hotel Krasicki, lit up inside by numerous Fabbian lamps, took the International Hotel Award’s prestigious “Best International New Hotel Construction & Design” prize.
The hotel Krasicki, which occupies the ancient castle of the Polish city of Lidzbark Warmiński, was designed by architect Katarzyna Dzsus. The interior design of this four-star Hotel is a skilful blend of contemporary style and the very special medieval appeal of the ancient building.
Baffito’s Bar & Pizzeria is a new 140-cover restaurant in Warrington, Cheshire that serves up classic Italian food in a unique and inviting environment.
Fabbian Roofer pendant lighting sourced by Andy Thornton are positioned throughout three of Baffito’s areas: the pizzeria, trattoria and garden. The project’s contractor Dawnvale specified the lamps shades, which come complete with diffuser. The quirky, urban interior is completed by a combination of grey Roofer pendants, vintage furniture and a checkerboard tiled floor.

WORKS|2 is an important tool for professional consultants and customers since it gives everyone the opportunity to see in context our lamps.
It was recently opened the In Hotel in Medjugorje - Bosnia-Herzegovina. The building is completely new, not very big but finished and furnished with class and good taste.
Fabbian contributed to the final result of the hotel supplying the lighting fixtures and the spotlights that light the indoor and outdoor environments of the building. Not only, through its project department, Fabbian provided the study of the hotel lighting too. Closely working with the architect and the owner it was able to install functional lamps which met also the aesthetic needs of the client.
Another area revived with a new light: the historical and traditional shop "Eliseo" of Caldiero Spa (Verona, Italy) redesigned by the Arch. Alberto Apostoli.
The Hotel Guarda Golf is located at Crans-Montana, the renowned Swiss skiing resort in the heart of the Canton Valais, at an altitude of 1500 m, with wonderful views and an important “Jack Nicklaus” golf course.
The hotel is fairly small in size, but distinguished by extreme elegance and attentive and personalised service.
